This is a quick and inexpensive way to get a web presence and a little ebay auction or adsense revenue going for the newcomer to the affiliate marketing scene. This is aimed at the novice that just wants to get their feet wet online, and doesn't know much about online marketing.
The site is very limited as to what you can do with it, and has to be hosted by Dave, so there is no way to change anything except by using a very limited online admin interface panel, so don't expect much here.
However, the price is so low, that even experienced marketers may want to look at this- if you have an idle domain lying around, this could earn you far more than a parking arangement!

Wrap Up:
A cute little Toy, but not for the serious marketer. Very limited in scope, and the inability to host the site and make changes as you wish severely limits what you can do with it. Great for Newbies that just want to test the water and earn a few bucks on ebay auctions, adsense, and misc. affiliate programs, though.
